LIL KIM NEW HORRIBLE LOOK AS A RESULT OF PLASTIC SURGERY

The 37 year old rapper was photographed in LA recently with puffy facial features; puffy cheeks, altered lips, uneven brows, and a much smaller nose. She's had a lot of work done on that face of hers over the years but the latest one has really altered her old look. Plastic surgeons in LA say her new look is an
example of surgery gone bad and are worried the singer has suffered some sort of muscle or nerve weakness due to her numerous cosmetic procedures. They said her lower lip on the left side is not working well.
