25 Year Old Lady Baths Rival With Hot Water and Pepper

A 25-year old woman, Eni Ubi, is now in court following an allegation that she poured hot water mixed with pepper on the face of another 25-year old woman, Adiah Okoi, while they fought over who had the right to marry a man identified as Eteng Livinus.

Unable to meet the bail condition given by Magistrate O. A. Komolafe of the Abule- Egba Magistrate’s Court, she has now been sent to
prison while her victim has been admitted at the Orile-Agege General Hospital in Lagos, Southwest Nigeria.

Before the alleged act, the two women had fought publicly at 26, Oremeji Street, Abule Egba area of the state over the man. Eni was later alleged to have boiled water which she mixed with pepper before pouring it on Adiah’s face and body, causing severe injuries.
