JACKSON FAMILY: MICHAEL JACKSON WILL WAS FAKE

Celebuzz.com has obtained a harsh letter signed by Michael Jackson’s family claiming that the late singer’s last will and testament was “fake, flawed, and fraudulent.” The letter states that executors of his estate, John Branca and John McClain, falsified court documents in order to take advantage of the estate against Jackson’s will. The family also alleges that certain pages were inconsistent or missing and they demand the executors’ immediate resignation. In addition, the letter claims that the will that Branca presented to the Jacksons did not bear Michael’s signature and stated conflicting locations on where it was finalized. The
Jacksons feel that Michael’s three children and their mother were cheated out of inheritances due to a capricious percentage increase for Branca and McClain, and the family is now filing a police report for potential criminal misconduct. They wrote in the letter, “We are going to take every appropriate action to seek justice and to see to it that the truth be known. You’ve dishonored everything that our brother Michael stood for…you have no regard for the preservation of his legacy, nor the quality of work that he exemplified.”
